Privacy Policy
1. Overview & Global Scope
At Rankmation ("we," "us," or "our"), privacy, operational security, and transparency are fundamental to our global autonomous agency and workspace automation services. We process data strictly to execute the workflows, databases, and custom automation pipelines that you configure within our platforms.
Because we operate globally and serve users across all geographic regions—including North America, Europe, Asia, Australia, and South America—this policy is engineered to meet or exceed international data protection frameworks, including the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR), United Kingdom Data Protection Act (UK GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), and other global privacy statutes.
2. Information We Process
As an automation platform and service agent, we handle distinct categories of data necessary to power your requests. Depending on your configuration, these may include:
- System Settings & Integrations: API keys, secure authorization secrets, custom webhooks, database credentials, and service tokens mapped to execute actions on external systems.
- Workspace & Pipeline Metadata: File directories, automation workflow schemas, task variables, text captions, media URLs, scheduled triggers, and diagnostic logs representing the tasks you direct us to run.
- Operational Log Data: Temporary console printouts, execution status indicators, timestamps, and error diagnostic logs mapped solely to ensure pipeline performance.
- General Visitor Data: Standard server requests, system identifiers, and temporary session parameters necessary to ensure responsive client interfaces.
3. Connected Systems & Third-Party APIs
Rankmation integrates seamlessly with a broad array of third-party platforms, application directories, social media networks, database systems, and CRM suites via secure API protocols.
Whenever you connect external accounts or establish webhooks, our automation agents interact *only* with the specific data fields and permissions you deliberately configure. We do not read, harvest, or aggregate background activities, messaging histories, or personal datasets outside the scopes required for your scheduled events.
You retain ultimate authority over all linked pipelines. API authorizations can be revoked instantly at any time via the security portals of the respective third-party service provider, which immediately nullifies our access credentials globally.
4. Global Security Standards
To protect your credentials and operational data regardless of where you are located, we employ advanced security practices:
- Strong Encryption: Sensitive integration tokens, database keys, and configuration secrets are fully encrypted at rest using industry-standard **AES-256 encryption algorithms**.
- Transport Layer Security: All API communication, token handshakes, and remote operations are conducted strictly via **TLS 1.3 secure protocols**.
- Isolation Architecture: System resources and environment namespaces are isolated to prevent any cross-contamination or unauthorized access between distinct user environments.
5. Your Rights Under Global Frameworks
Regardless of your country of origin, residence, or legal jurisdiction, Rankmation provides extensive, uniform data privacy rights to all users globally. You are entitled to the following rights:
- The Right to Access & Portability: You can request a clear copy of all workspace schemas, logged metadata, and account settings mapped to your operations.
- The Right to Erasure (The Right to be Forgotten): You have the absolute right to demand the permanent deletion of all stored credentials, system logs, and variables associated with your profile.
- The Right to Rectification: You may instantly modify, correct, or update any credentials or variables saved within your automation workspace.
- The Right to Object & Restrict Processing: You can request that we pause or terminate specific automation sequences or active API access.
- The Right to Non-Discrimination: We do not alter service availability or charge differential rates based on your exercise of data privacy rights.
6. Permanent Data Erasure & Compliance Requests
We believe in data minimization. Workspace logs, output strings, and API payloads are cleared regularly once active executions are marked successful.
Requesting Immediate Data Purge: If you wish to permanently delete your data records, disconnect active workspaces, or erase historical logs, please email support@rankmation.com. We process all international deletion and privacy rights requests within 24 hours, ensuring your data is fully purged from all primary servers and database backups.
7. Policy Revisions & Global Inquiries
We review this Privacy Policy regularly to ensure it complies with evolving legal requirements across all countries and new integration standards. Updates will be published on this page with the revised date clearly indicated.
